Dak Prescott & Ezekiel Elliott – Dallas Cowboys Rookies

Nov 30, 2016 – Dak the Halls! With his steady and spectacular play, the Dallas Cowboys have officially become Dak Prescott’s team. What does that mean for Tony Romo’s future? Here are some popular rumors:

• Denver Broncos – Almost too obvious, only because of the recent success with Peyton Manning. Trevor Siemian has played well enough to have some value in the trade market, and this gives Paxton Lynch a couple of years to learn.
• New York Jets – They know Ryan Fitzpatrick is not the long-term solution, and it’s questionable that Geno Smith is the answer. Romo would have fun throwing to Brandon Marshall, Eric Decker, and Matt Forte.
• Chicago Bears and San Francisco 49ers– Yes, both teams need a quarterback. They’ve needed one for several years now. However, both the Bears and the 49ers are more than one QB away from being serious contenders.

Sept 27, 2016 – After leading Dallas to a victory over Chicago on Sunday night, Cowboys are at 2-1. Their two rookies, Dak Prescott and Ezekiel Elliott, are both playing at a high level and like seasoned veterans but more importantly, Prescott has shown that he is fully capable of running the Dallas offense. “You can be more conservative as to when he’s ready,” said owner Jerry Jones about Romo’s return from back injury.
