Million Dollar Arm

This is the soon-to-be released movie (May 16, 2014) about a sports agent, JB Bernstein, who created an Indian reality TV contest in 2008 called “The Million Dollar Arm”. The winner of the reality show would get one million dollars and professional training in the United States for a chance to sign with a Major League ball club. The contest had two winners, Rinku Singh and Dinesh Kumar Patel, who both did get an opportunity to pitch in front of some scouts in November of 2008 and eventually signed minor league contracts with the Pittsburg Pirates.
